Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
- Pour in white wine and chicken broth.
- Sprinkle red pepper flakes and simmer until chicken is cooked through.
- Cook rice in chicken broth according to package instructions.
- Stir in parmesan cheese into the rice.
- Serve chicken over rice and garnish with parsley.
