Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook rice in water according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  5. Pour in chicken broth, white wine, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Simmer until chicken is cooked through.

  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
