Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, vegetable oil, garlic powder, and ground ginger.
  2. Marinate chicken strips in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  4. Grill the chicken skewers over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together peanut butter, coconut milk, lime juice, soy sauce, and chili paste until smooth.
