Description
A refreshing chicken salad with grapes and apples.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1 apple, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, grapes, apple, celery, and walnuts.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken mixture.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
