Description
A delicious chicken dish cooked in Riesling wine.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup Riesling wine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Add chicken to the skillet; brown on both sides.
- Pour in Riesling wine and chicken broth.
- Stir in Dijon mustard and thyme.
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with sauce from the skillet.
