A simple and flavorful chicken rice dish perfect for dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the jasmine rice until water runs clear.
- In a pot, combine rice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 18 minutes.
- While rice cooks, heat sesame oil in a skillet.
- Add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add chicken thighs, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is done.
- Add chopped broccoli and cook until tender.
- Fluff rice and serve with chicken and broccoli on top.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- You can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
- Serve with chili sauce for added spice.
