Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breast at the bottom of the crockpot.

  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, add the pasta.
  7. Once cooked, stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
