A simple and delicious chicken pasta dish made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast
- 2 cups pasta
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Place the chicken breast at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic.
- Pour in the diced tomatoes and chicken broth.
- Add the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the pasta.
- Once cooked, stir in the shredded cheese until melted.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
- Can add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
