Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with salt and pepper.
  3. Slice a pocket into each chicken breast and fill with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
