- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish. Top each piece with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with pasta or a side salad.
