Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, until cooked through.
  6. Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs and top with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
