Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  4. Brown the chicken on all sides.
  5. Stir in paprika and bell pepper, cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add diced tomatoes and chicken broth, bring to a simmer.
  7. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
