Ingredients

- 2 cups pasta
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix cooked pasta with the chicken mixture.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Cover and let cheese melt for 3-5 minutes.

- Serve with fresh basil for garnish.
- Can substitute chicken with shrimp or vegetables.
