- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until browned.
- Stir in chicken broth, oyster sauce, and sugar.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onion before serving.
