Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pita bread
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken slices to the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
- Warm pita bread on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble gyros by placing chicken and toppings in pita.
- Drizzle tzatziki sauce on top.
