Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- In a bowl, layer rice, cooked chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, and lettuce.
- Drizzle tzatziki sauce on top.
- Serve immediately.

- For extra flavor, add feta cheese.
