Instructions
- Place chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic.
- Season with thyme, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.
