A delicious twist on classic chicken cordon bleu wrapped in a stromboli.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 4 slices ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 package pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Spread Dijon mustard over the dough.
- Layer shredded chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll the dough tightly into a stromboli shape.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush with beaten egg and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
