- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, diced ham, and shredded cheese.
- Add the cream of chicken soup, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Top with breadcrumbs evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Feel free to add vegetables like broccoli or peas.
