  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, diced ham, Swiss cheese, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Add cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until combined.
