- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, diced ham, Swiss cheese, and cheddar cheese.
- Add cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until combined.
- Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Feel free to substitute cheeses as desired.
- For a crunchy topping, add crushed crackers to the breadcrumbs.
