Ingredients

  • 2 cups chow mein noodles
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add garlic and green onions, stir for 1 minute.
  6. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and chicken broth.
  7. Pour sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well.
  8. Add cooked noodles and toss to combine.
  9. Serve hot.
