Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, mixed vegetables, cooked rice, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use leftover chicken for this recipe.
- Feel free to substitute with other vegetables.
- This dish can be made ahead and frozen.
