- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup grilled chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup croutons
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the pasta, grilled chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
- Add chopped romaine lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
- Toss everything together until well mixed.
- Top with croutons before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken before grilling.
- You can substitute grilled chicken with rotisserie chicken.
