A flavorful chicken burrito bowl topped with guacamole and lime.
Ingredients

			- 2 cups cooked rice
 - 1 lb chicken breast, diced
 - 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
 - 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
 - 1 cup diced tomatoes
 - 1 avocado, mashed for guacamole
 - 1 lime, juiced
 - 1 tsp cumin
 - 1 tsp chili powder
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
 - In a skillet, heat oil and cook the diced chicken until browned.
 - Add black beans, corn, tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
 - Stir to combine and cook for another 5 minutes.
 - In a bowl, mix mashed avocado with lime juice to make guacamole.
 - Assemble the bowl with rice, chicken mixture, and top with guacamole.
