- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup bruschetta mix
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, place the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the bruschetta mix evenly over the chicken.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the bruschetta.
- In a bowl, combine stuffing mix and chicken broth, then mix well.
- Spread the stuffing mixture over the chicken and cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil over the stuffing.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and stuffing is golden.

- Use store-bought bruschetta for convenience.
- For extra flavor, add herbs to the chicken.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
