Ingredients
- Cooked chicken: 2 cups, shredded or diced
- Broccoli florets: 2 cups, fresh or frozen
- Cream of mushroom soup: 1 can (10.5 oz)
- Cheddar cheese: 1 cup, shredded
- Breadcrumbs: 1 cup (preferably seasoned)
- Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil or melted butter: 2 tablespoons (for greasing and topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by shredding or dicing it into bite-sized pieces.
- Prepare the broccoli by washing and cutting it into small florets, then steaming or blanching for 3-4 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, prepared broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, half of the cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
