Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a small bowl, mix chicken broth, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Return to the crockpot and mix with juices.
  6. Serve warm.
