Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in buttermilk, seasoning, salt, and pepper for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Prepare the waffle batter by mixing dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another, then combine.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C) and fry the marinated chicken for 10-12 minutes on each side until golden brown.
