Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add sliced chicken, cook until browned.
  4. Add mixed vegetables, stir fry for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, stir well, and cook for another 2 minutes.
