- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the chicken, spinach, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
