Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken and shrimp, cooking until shrimp is pink.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Drain pasta and add to the skillet with chicken and shrimp.
  7. Remove from heat and quickly mix in egg mixture.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
