Description

Chicken Alfredo stuffed shells are pasta shells filled with creamy chicken and cheese, topped with Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken mixture.
  5. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place the stuffed shells in the dish and cover with remaining Alfredo sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
