Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook jumbo shells according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix chicken, ricotta, mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each shell with the chicken mixture.
  5. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place stuffed shells in the dish and top with remaining Alfredo sauce.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through.
