Description

Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls are a delicious twist on traditional lasagna. They are filled with creamy Alfredo sauce, chicken, and cheese, all rolled up in lasagna noodles.


Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Take a lasagna noodle and fill it with the chicken mixture. Roll it up and place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
  6. Repeat for all noodles.
  7. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
