Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls are a delicious twist on traditional lasagna. They are filled with creamy Alfredo sauce, chicken, and cheese, all rolled up in lasagna noodles.

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Take a lasagna noodle and fill it with the chicken mixture. Roll it up and place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Repeat for all noodles.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Use store-bought Alfredo sauce for convenience.
- These rolls can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
