Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on each noodle and roll it up.
  6. Arrange the rolls seam-side down in the baking dish.
  7. Pour the remaining alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
