Ingredients

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups alfredo sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on each noodle and roll it up.
- Arrange the rolls seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Pour the remaining alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

- Let the lasagna rolls cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- You can add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
