A creamy and savory chicken alfredo lasagna layered with pasta, chicken, and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 3 cups alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the mixture.
  6. Spread half of the ricotta cheese over the noodles.
  7. Add a layer of the chicken mixture followed by a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  8. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles and a generous amount of mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  10. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  11. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
