Ingredients

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 cups alfredo sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the mixture.
- Spread half of the ricotta cheese over the noodles.
- Add a layer of the chicken mixture followed by a layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles and a generous amount of mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
