Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked fettuccine
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
  6. Add cooked chicken and mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. For garlic bread, brush bread with olive oil and sprinkle with parsley.
  9. Bake bread at 375°F for 10 minutes.
  10. Serve chicken Alfredo with garlic bread on the side.
