Description
Creamy chicken Alfredo served with garlic bread.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked fettuccine
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
- Add cooked chicken and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- For garlic bread, brush bread with olive oil and sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake bread at 375°F for 10 minutes.
- Serve chicken Alfredo with garlic bread on the side.
