  • Unsalted butter: 1/2 cup (melted, plus extra for greasing)
  • Eggs: 2 large
  • Cherry filling: 1 cup (store-bought or homemade)
  • Powdered sugar: 1 cup (for dusting)
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough by combining warm milk with 2 tablespoons of sugar and sprinkling yeast over it. Let it sit until frothy.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour and remaining sugar, then add melted butter, eggs, and the yeast mixture. Combine to form a dough.
