Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of cupcake liners.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in each cupcake liner.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until set.
  7. Let cool, then top with cherry pie filling.
