- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Mix well.
- In a large bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup and milk. Stir until smooth.
- Mix the beef into the soup mixture.
- In a greased baking dish, spread half of the tater tots on the bottom.
- Pour the beef and soup mixture over the tater tots.
- Top with the remaining tater tots and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
