Description
Cheesy taco sticks are a delicious appetizer or snack that combines the flavors of tacos with gooey cheese wrapped in a crispy shell.

- 1 package of taco seasoning
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 package of puff pastry sheets
- 1 egg, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto each rectangle.
- Fold the pastry over and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Place on a baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with salsa or guacamole.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
