Description

Cheesy taco sticks are a delicious appetizer or snack that combines the flavors of tacos with gooey cheese wrapped in a crispy shell.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of taco seasoning
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package of puff pastry sheets
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut into rectangles.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto each rectangle.
  7. Fold the pastry over and seal the edges.
  8. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  9. Place on a baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
