- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes at the bottom.
- Add half of the marinara sauce over the potatoes.
- Place the meatballs on top of the sauce.
- Layer the remaining potatoes over the meatballs.
- Pour the remaining marinara sauce on top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the entire dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Use fresh spinach for better flavor.
- Feel free to add more cheese if desired.
- Let the dish sit for a few minutes before serving.
