  • Heavy Cream: 240 ml (1 cup)
  • Cheddar Cheese: 200 grams (about 2 cups), shredded
  • Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
  • Onion: 1 medium, finely chopped
  • Fresh Parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt and Black Pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by measuring pasta, removing sausage casings, chopping onion, mincing garlic, shredding cheese, and chopping parsley.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the Italian sausage until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the chopped onion for 3-4 minutes, then add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
