Description

A creamy and flavorful cheesy dip made with Rotel tomatoes and ranch seasoning.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of ranch dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine cream cheese and ranch dressing over medium heat.
  2. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and smooth.
  3. Add Rotel tomatoes and mix well.
  4. Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
  5. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper if using.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
