A creamy and flavorful cheesy dip made with Rotel tomatoes and ranch seasoning.
Ingredients

- 1 can of Rotel diced tomatoes (10 oz)
- 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of ranch dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine cream cheese and ranch dressing over medium heat.
- Stir until the cream cheese is melted and smooth.
- Add Rotel tomatoes and mix well.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper if using.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Reheat in the microwave or on the stove before serving.
