Ingredients
- Cheese ravioli: 500 grams (fresh or frozen)
- Marinara sauce: 700 milliliters
- Ricotta cheese: 250 grams
- Mozzarella cheese: 300 grams, shredded
- Parmesan cheese: 100 grams, grated
- Fresh spinach: 200 grams, chopped
- Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
- Fresh basil: 1/4 cup, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried basil)
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper: to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish, then layer cheese ravioli, half of the ricotta mixture, half of the sautéed spinach, and more marinara sauce.
- Repeat the layering process with another layer of ravioli, remaining ricotta, sautéed spinach, and marinara sauce, finishing with a final layer of ravioli.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese, cover with foil, and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
