Description

Cheesy ranch potatoes are a creamy and flavorful side dish that combines the richness of cheese with the tangy taste of ranch seasoning.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of baby potatoes
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the ranch dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the potatoes to the bowl and mix well until coated.
  5. Transfer the coated potatoes to a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
