- 2 pounds of baby potatoes
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
- In a large bowl, combine the ranch dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the potatoes to the bowl and mix well until coated.
- Transfer the coated potatoes to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
