- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, smoked sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until potatoes are well coated.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot.
