- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced potatoes and cook until golden brown.
- Stir in the sliced sausage and cook for another 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the milk mixture over the potato and sausage mix.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.

- Use any type of smoked sausage you prefer.
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or onions.
- For extra creaminess, add sour cream to the mix.
