Ingredients

- 1 can of biscuit dough
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup of pepperoni, chopped
- 1/4 cup of pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal it tightly.
- Brush the tops with olive oil.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
- Feel free to add other toppings like bell peppers or onions.
- These can be made ahead and frozen, then baked when needed.
