Description
Cheesy pepperoni pizza bombs are delicious bite-sized snacks filled with cheese and pepperoni, wrapped in pizza dough.
Ingredients

- 1 can of pizza dough
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup of pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup of pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into squares, about 3 inches each.
- Place a slice of pepperoni and a tablespoon of cheese in the center of each square.
- Add a small spoonful of pizza sauce and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
- Feel free to add other toppings like olives or peppers.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
