A comforting cheesy pasta bake that is easy to prepare and delicious.
Ingredients

- 300g pasta
- 200g cheese, grated
- 100g mozzarella, sliced
- 500ml marinara sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until soft.
- Add marinara sauce, salt, and pepper to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce and half of the grated cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and mozzarella slices.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- You can add vegetables or cooked meat for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
